The process starts with creating your custom holographic master with your brand elements and security features. The design is replicated onto PET film, adhesive is applied with precision coating equipment, and labels are die-cut to your exact shape on a continuous web. Excess material is stripped away, gap spacing is created, and the finished roll is wound with precise tension control.
